The 72-day on-the-job component, developed in partnership with Flint Learning Solutions, delivered AI-personalized, bite-sized activities focused on building career conversation skills—like asking open-ended questions, giving clear feedback, and connecting employees with growth opportunities.
The program achieved strong results, with 54.5% of managers showing measurable improvement in career conversation behaviors. Key gains included better preparation, increased perceived value of career conversations, stronger connections for employee development, and successful talent growth outcomes.
