Revolutionizing Operational Efficiency in High-Pressure Environments
PrimeFlight partnered with Flint Learning Solutions to address critical operational challenges that threatened efficiency across their multi-airport operations. The company identified time management as a key skill gap affecting productivity in their fast-paced environment, where delays can cascade into significant operational issues across the entire airport system.
The 94-day initiative utilized the Eisenhower Matrix framework and delivered AI-personalized, bite-sized activities to over 2,500 users across multiple locations. Rather than pulling employees away from critical operations for traditional classroom training, the program embedded learning directly into daily workflows through practical activities that could be completed in less than one minute of "seat time."
The program delivered exceptional results with statistically significant behavior change. Among learners with growth potential, 60.3% demonstrated measurable improvement with an improvement ratio of 4.1x—meaning improvements were four times more common than performance declines. The initiative achieved remarkable engagement, with 33,992 activities completed since implementation began. Participants documented tangible workplace improvements, including enhanced delegation practices, better task prioritization, more effective interruption management, and improved operational coordination that maximized team productivity.
Jon Jackson, Vice President, Safety & Training, said:
- "The time management challenges we identified across our multi-airport operations were impacting our ability to deliver the safety, quality, and customer experience that airlines and passengers depend on."
- "This Brandon Hall Group recognition highlights how we successfully addressed these operational challenges through innovative on-the-job training that reached over 2,500 team members without taking them away from critical tasks."
- "Seeing our teams document tangible improvements in delegation, task prioritization, and operational coordination proves that this training approach delivers real value for aviation services."
James Glover, CEO of Flint Learning Solutions, said:
- "We're proud of our partnership with PrimeFlight, helping them create an award winning approach to on-the-job training that directly supports their business goals of safety, quality, and positive customer experience."
- "For these award-winning initiatives, Flint supported PrimeFlight's operational teams, developing critical time management skills in the flow of work, with measurable behaviour change.”
- “PrimeFlight's leadership in embracing innovative training approaches demonstrates their commitment to training that drives measurable business impact in aviation services."
